Bethany English Lutheran Church is committed to being a house of prayer for all peoples. Because of this commitment, we strive to maintain the beauty of our church both inside and out, while at the same time, making it as accessible and useable as possible. Our Sanctuary is a stately Gothic building with beautiful stained glass windows. The windows were purposely designed to create the effect of the windows of the Chartres cathedral in France (considered by many to be the most beautiful stained glass windows in the world), and therefore, the predominant color is "Chartres blue".
