The annual Easter Breakfast will take place between services at 9:45am.

PASTOR’S MESSAGE
Happy Easter!
…the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here, for he has been raised… (Matthew 18:5-6)
Life often makes us see the fear instead of the promise. The women came to the tomb to anoint Jesus. Instead, they were greeted by an angel. They could have run away, but like Mary and Joseph, Zechariah and Elizabeth, they stayed to hear the message. The message they heard was one of surprise and joy. Jesus has been raised. They left with fear and great joy. You may have had times when fear and joy were mixed. A time when you are prepared for the worst, yet in the midst of it, there is hope. The women were expecting the worst: Jesus in the tomb and guards who might not let them in. Instead, they were greeted with the hope of the angel's words. “He is not here, for he has been raised.” As you enter into this Easter Season, may the times of fear and uncertainty be mixed with the promises of God, of life and salvation. May you find hope and joy even when it feels like your world will never be the same. Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection shifted the world and the lives of all believers. Your lives have been shifted because of God’s work over 2,000 years ago. Look for the love of Jesus because “he has been raised.”

The beautiful stained glass window sanctuary is accessible to all, and we encourage children to worship there as well or utilize the professionally staffed nursery.
