A new year of confirmation classes is just around the corner. Confirmation is a program to help young people grow in their faith in Jesus Christ through knowledge of the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism. At the end of the classes, the students become confirmed members of Bethany and assume adult responsibility in the church.

This year we will be concentrating on the Bible with weekly classes from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday evenings with our first class held on Wednesday, September 7 at 7:00pm.

The session on September 7 was for both parents and the students to go over the program, schedule, and expectations for the year.
